Our company, an enterprise specialized in vacuum forming and injection molding, is located in Songzhuang, a town near the famous Painters' Village on the bank of Chaobai River.
     The total building area of our factory is 4,000 sq m., among which 280 sq m are dust-free workshop. We have advanced vacuum forming and injection molding equipments, such as vacuum former, injection molder, pressure former, hydraulic cutter, punch press, thick sheet vacuum former, carton sealer, cylinder sealer, edge folder, high frequency plastic welder, vacuum-thermoform packer, CNC machine tool and electro discharge wire cutter.

      Our vacuum forming department can produce all kinds of trays, plastic containers, and blisters. It produces packaging like anti-static trays, flocking blisters, clamshell trays, tri-fold clamshells, salad boxes, hinged boxes, transparent cylinders, using materials such as PET 、 PVC 、 HIPS 、 PP 、 BOPS 、 PS flocking, PS anti-statics, and    ABS. Our packaging products are widely used in fields like electronics, toy, daily chemicals, handicraft, food, giftware and hardware.
       Our injection molding department is in charge of processing other plastic products and parts, such as cups, plates, boxes, vehicle parts, laboratory apparatus parts, and building materials.This department specializes in injection molding of PP 、 PE 、 EVA 、 TPU 、 ABS 、 PMMA 、 PS 、 AS 、 ASA 、 PBT 、 PA 、 PC 、 POM 、 PPO 、 PPS 、 PVDF 、 PTFE.
